Quattronotti 2023 Igt Negroamaro Salento - Montemajor

Quattronotti is a special negroamaro passito, whose grapes were unusually harvested at night. Having already reached the maximum degree of drying, the grapes were harvested manually at night to avoid damage and further exposure to the sun. The name Quattronotti is in memory of the four nights employed by the farmers for this manual harvest.

Tasting Notes: intense and complex, with notes of extra-ripe fruit, vanilla and spices. Very elegant and velvety, round wine with a full and harmonious taste.

Pairings: Perfect with meats, aged cheeses and as a dessert to accompany typical Apulian desserts.
