The White Manfredi of Terre degli Svevi is an aromatic, fresh and mineral white wine made from Muller Thurgau and Traminer grapes, vinified and aged on fine lees in steel. The aromas are complex, floral and fruity and the taste pleasantly aromatic, juicy and mineral, with a pleasant residual sugar very drinkable.
Tasting Notes.: by. g colorstraw yellow with golden highlights. Fresh and mineral, with juicy aromatic returns and a light, drinkable residual sugar. Aromatic and complex, with hints of yellow fruit, jasmine and white flowers.
Pairings: perfect with pcomes out in stews, sushi and sashimi, fish tartare, vegetable risotto and fresh cheeses.
