Grapes harvested in hilly vineyards are softly pressed. The primary fermentation of the must at a temperature of 16/18°C is followed by frothing at a low temperature to respect to the maximum the precious aromas that we can appreciate in its floral bouquet, pleasantly soft and harmonious taste.
Tasting notes: by. straw yellow color clear. The nose is elegant, accompanied by fruity aromas. On the palate the wine is harmonious and pleasantly acidic.
Pairings: ideal with appetizers, fish, shellfish and cheese.
