The Roero Arneis by Bel Colle is made from 100% Arneis grapes. The grapes are softly pressed without skins and left to ferment for 15 days in steel with selected yeasts; it then ages for about 6 months on the lees.
Tasting Notes.: characteristics of this Piedmontese white wine is the straw yellow color discharged with pronounced greenish reflections; fruity bouquet, pleasant and delicate; dry taste, without harshness, elegant.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is recommended to be consumed young at a temperature of 8-10°C.
