A faithful expression of its territory like few others, it is from the village of Santa Maddalena that this red wine from the winery comes from. Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl), made from schiava grapes enriched with a small percentage of lagrein. Freshness and fragrance combine with a beautiful fruity elegance, so the whole is given a wine that maintains a finesse worthy of the best Alto Adige labels.

After four months of resting in concrete tanks, a red wine is born that can be uncorked for the most diverse occasions, and it is worth trying with fish, pairing it with those dishes with which a white could not hold its own. Try it with tagliolini with tuna roe and arugula, or on a crustacean soup with tomato: you will be amazed.

Tasting Notes: si presents a beautiful ruby red bright to the eye. Floral and red berry fruit scents open the nose, which leaves one remembering in particular violet and black cherry. Elegant on the palate, it proves to be medium-bodied, fresh and balanced, pleasantly almondy on the finish.

Pairings: versatile and eclectic, it is excellent with pasta with chanterelle sauce.
