Collio Sauvignon from Formentini, a historic winery, offers an elegant and mineral version of Sauvignon Blanc, one of the most widely grown white grape varieties in the Collio Goriziano region.
Tasting Notes.: Visually, it presents itself with a straw yellow color bright with greenish reflections. The aromatic profile includes typical varietal hints of lychee, sage and bell pepper, enriched by notes of orange and flint. Palate, the wine is clean and complex, very fresh and mineral, with a lingering citrus finish.
Pairings: perfect to drink with smoked fish appetizers, seafood risotto, sliced and cured meats, fresh cheeses, eggs and pies.
