Tasting Notes.: by. straw yellow coloro. Complex, non-pungent olfactory attack. Gooseberry, mango and cut exotic fruit with pineapple predominating. Savory, almost salty. Sustained acidulous nerbo that accompanies the entire flavor path. Firm harmonic structure. In the finish the exotic fruit and spearmint leave a tasty memory.
Pairings: perfect with fish, shellfish and cheese.
