The SumRovina is a DOCG Valtellina Superiore Sassella produced by the Mamete winery, From the single vineyard Sommarovina comes this Nebbiolo unbelievable: a universe of small red fruits, studded with delicate spices and with a reverberation of minerality on the finish, playing it off with softness.
Tasting Notes.: from the color intense ruby red, tending to garnet with a fresh, mineral aroma and hints of red fruits, especially morello cherry. In the mouth it is warm, persistent and elegant, the tannins are enveloping.
Pairings: perfect with meat dishes and hard, aged cheeses.
