The Alto Adige DOC "St. Magdalener" from Kaltern comes from grapes grown between 300 and 450 meters above sea level and matures, on fine lees, for 4 months in steel tanks and cement barrels.
Kaleidoscopic in color, it delivers a lively sip in which body and suavity blend wonderfully.
Tasting notes: by. color rruby bone. The nose is expressed with hints of cherry, notes of violet and hints of almond. The palate reveals itself to be full-bodied, velvety and with good persistence.
Pairings: ottimate accompaniment to earthy first courses, it also goes well with light meat dishes.
