The Terre Siciliane Syrah IGT "Calanìca" from the company. Duca di Salaparuta comes from pure syrah grapes harvested by hand in the second half of September. A wine with fruity and spicy aromas, ample on the palate, it proves that Syrah has found fertile soil in Sicily.
Tasting Notes.: by. cruby red color intense. On the nose, fruity notes give way to spicy notes and black pepper. On the palate it is ample, with noticeable but balanced tannins accompanying the sip.
Pairings: mxtremely versatile at the table, this red is ideal along with earthy first courses, but it also has a way with savory fish appetizers.
