From vineyards located in the Valpolicella area, northeast of Verona.
Tasting notes: by. bright red color with violet hues, scents delicate reminiscent of cherry and fresh red-fleshed fruits. On the palate it has good body, medium structure, ample and harmonious with lingering aftertaste.
Pairings: light, yet elegant, it pairs perfectly with first and second courses of white meats. Also ideal with cod, fatty baked fish, cheeses and young cured meats.
