Only the best grapes from vermentino become Cala Reale. Raised on ancient marine soils, they are harvested and brought to the winery for crushing, long cold maceration and elevage on fine lees.
Tasting Notes.: by. straw yellow color deep with brilliant green hues. Intense bouquet that combines a seductive tropical timbre with more classic nuances of Mediterranean scrub, berries and officinal herbs. In the mouth, warm, ripe fruit tones merge with the memory of a lush, brackish savoriness, capable of traversing a refined and precious matter. The finish is long and mineral, decidedly fresh and savory.
Pairings: ideal with fish, shellfish, cheeses.
