An ancient grape variety, of which we find the earliest traces in Pliny the Elder; the Apian grapes, from which today's Fiano derives its name, were characterized by an intense sweetness and therefore particularly loved by bees.
Tasting Notes: harmonious on the palate with good acidity, Wine from the yellow color, fruity and light aroma, with notes of hawthorn, fresh, soft, savory.
