Tasting Notes: to the eye a beautiful straw yellow bright. The nose develops on typical Mediterranean scents, with hints of pear and chamomile to follow. Multifaceted and savory the sip, vertical and dynamic, fresh and with long persistence.
Pairings: perfect for pairing with seafood cuisine, it is excellent together with canocchie and mussel soup.
