The Barolo Symposium by Bel Colle is born in the municipality of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the Barolo appellation. After harvesting operations are completed, the best grapes are fermented with a 15-day maceration on the skins. Then the wine ages for about 3 years 50% in Slavonian oak barrels, 50% in French oak barrels and finishes aging in the bottle.
Tasting Notes.: presents itself of garnet color, with a bouquet of dried red flowers, raspberry, morello cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.
Pairings: dto pair with game and braised or roasted meats.
