Blanc de Blancs is the first wine that allowed Le Marchesine to stand out for
quality, built its foundation. Immediate is the connection with Esus, a deity part of the Celts' Olympus, the Albios, but also god of builders.
Tasting Notes.: by. cgolden yellow color crackling, it expresses pineapple, melon and confectionery, sponge cake and citrus on the nose, along with hints of jasmine. The taste is fresh, delicate and full of character, with a good savory reverberation accompanying a long, structured pastry persistence.
Pairings: perfect with larded prawns as with a carpaccio of bream, it is also excellent with roasted rabbit.
