The Bolgheri Superiore produced by the Estate Guado al Tasso is a representation of one of the most historic estates of the Family Antinori inherited from Piero's mother Antinori in the 1930s whose roots Gherardesque date back to 1200 years ago.
Tasting notes: red in color ruby intense. Pleasant fruity and sweet spice scents stand out on the nose. Hints of plum, blueberry jam, leather, licorice root and balsamic aromas such as mint, capable of giving excellent sensations of freshness and complexity, are perceived. The palate is taut, persistent, accompanied by refined tannins and delicate balsamic hints.
Pairings: perfect with pasta dishes with sauce, red and white meats, sliced meats and aged cheeses, meditation wine.
