It all begins with maniacal care of the vineyard, where extreme attention is given to each individual plant, leading to the harvest of simply excellent grapes during the harvest. Excellence that we then find poured all into the sip of the Riesling “Harrer", a white wine from Alto Adige whose label refers to the name of the winery in Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl).
It's one of those whites to choose for aperitifs, when you don't want to resort to classic bubbles and are therefore looking for a non-obvious and non-trivial alternative. It is a Riesling not to be underestimated: with aromatic herb fritters it goes wonderfully with it.
Tasting Notes: si presents a beautiful straw yellow at the glass, with delicate greenish reflections. The nose is intense and fruity, marked in particular by clear references to peaches and apricots. The drink is smooth and fresh, mineral, with good body and good persistence.
Pairings: ideal for aperitifs, it is excellent together with aromatic herb fritters.
