- La Fuga 2022 Chardonnay
La Fuga Chardonnay is characterized in the 2022 vintage by a fragrant bouquet with hints of tropical fruit, fresh citrus and delicate floral aromas.
Tasting notes: by straw yellow color, the nose expresses a pleasant and fragrant olfactory profile where hints of yellow-fleshed fruit (pineapple, peach and medlar) blend with aromas of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it brings back the fruit and is characterized by a pleasant freshness and minerality.
Pairings: Also perfect as an all meal wine, it can certainly be paired with shellfish, elaborate first courses and tuna in various preparations.

- Contesa dei Venti 2021
Soft and persistent, elegant and with an enveloping personality. Contesa dei Venti is a Nero d'Avola di Vittoria produced by the winery. Donnafugata. Processed in such a way as to enhance its varietal and territorial typicality, it is left to rest for eight months in steel and then completed with seven months of aging in the bottle. It is a Nero d'Avola that allows itself to be appreciated in every way.
Tasting Notes: by. ruby red color intense to the eye. Floral notes of lavender and violet open the entrance to the nose, which subsequently perceives hints of cherry and plum. The taste is smooth and harmonious, enveloping and balanced. Good persistence and slightly balsamic finish.
Pairings: Versatile in food pairings, it is perfect with tuna sushi.

Elegance is the common thread running through this Rosso dell'Etna targato Donnafugata.
"Sul Vulcano": it could not be called otherwise, because from the lands of the Great Volcano it comes to us and because of the slopes of Etna it is a son.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color bright color to the eye. The olfactory bouquet is elegant, with initial fruity hints of strawberry and currants complemented by pleasant floral notes. Next, nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg further embellish the picture on the nose. The taste continues along the same path traced by the nose, proving harmonious in its tannic texture, balanced and persistent.
Pairings: Excellent with meat-based second courses, it is to be tried with shoulder of Nebrodi black piglet with aromatic herbs.
