We ship our products throughout Europe by express courier. Deliveries in Europe take place within 5 working days from the time of order confirmation, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You will receive an email upon purchase and payment received informing you of the expected delivery date. You will receive an email as soon as the products you ordered leave our warehouses and through a link you will be able to follow the tracking of your package and know at all times where your products are.
SECURE SHIPPING AND PACKAGING: Your products will always arrive undamaged thanks to the use of certified packaging for transporting glass and fragile products. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
