Tasting Notes.: On organoleptic examination, it presents itself of. ruby red color with light violet reflections, the bouquet on the nose expresses intense and complex notes of small jammy berries, raisin violet and a light spice. The taste in the mouth is warm, soft, pleasant, characterized by a tannic texture reminiscent of silk and a finish of good persistence, on the fruit.
