"Pfefferer Sun" by Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is a fresh and fruity white wine obtained from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon grapes raised on gravelly, sandy soils in the area of Cornaiano on the Strada del Vino (BZ).
Tasting Notes.: by. a straw-yellow color. The nose offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit that combine with hints of white flowers and balsamic herbs and a faint note of white pepper. The sip is vibrant and fruity, supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that persists through the finish.
Pairings: ottimate as an aperitif, it is particularly appreciated with light seafood dishes such as a delicious carpaccio of sea bass with puntarelle and anchovies.
