From the processing of very small batches of Pinot Noir coming from the Cembra Valley, selected in sites suited to this variety, we obtain the Cesarini Sforza 1673 Trento Metodo Classico Brut Rosé, suitable for the most exclusive and important occasions.
Tasting notes: very fine and persistent perlage. Color Antique pink delicate. Nose On the nose the first sensations are of freshly picked blackberries and blueberries, with a hint of strawberry in the finish. Taste On the palate it is rich and silky with notes of rosehips, ripe cherries and marzipan. The Pinot Noir gives richness of flavor in harmony with the savory and fresh structure.
