The Verduno Pelaverga of Bel Colle comes from the hills of Verduno, a small village near the Langhe in the province of Cuneo. Verduno is the land where we find this interesting Piedmontese grape variety.
After harvesting operations are completed, fermentation is carried out in steel vats, with a 6-day maceration on the skins. The wine ages 6 months in bottle before being released.
Tasting Notes.: it presents itself of ruby red color bright, with a bouquet of crisp red fruit and the characteristic spiciness of the grape variety. With good structure, it is distinguished by a dry and harmonious sip, with a pleasantly spicy finish.
Pairings: to be paired with cold cuts appetizers and pasta with meat sauce.
