The "Villa Antinori” is one of the most historic wines produced by the family Antinori: it was first created by Niccolò in 1931, and its production has remained largely unchanged since then.
This Toscana Bianco IGT is made from a blend of white grapes, characterized by delicate aromas and a balanced sip. Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Riesling Renano grapes are harvested in the third decade of August.
After pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel at a temperature no higher than 18 degrees. The wine is then left to stabilize, again in steel, for a few months until it is ready for bottling.
This label has marked the history of the prestigious Italian winery and deserves a place among the bottles of true connoisseurs.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color at first glance, with delicate greenish reflections. The olfactory bouquet is fine and elegant, marked by hints of exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango, and complemented by nuances of acacia flowers. The sip is full-bodied and persistent, pleasantly mineral.
Pairings: Versatile in food pairings, it is excellent with risotto with zucchini and shrimp.
