"Edition I" by DUBL, a Rosé version, comes mainly from grapes grown in the Aglianico growing area. Aged for 78 months on yeasts, it is a Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine of great expressiveness, vivid and articulate.
Tasting Notes.: Coral; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of wild strawberries and pomegranate, hints of rosehips and mineral hints. The palate is lively, vivacious and balanced.
Pairings: Also perfect throughout a meal, it is best tried with cured meats and pizza.
