Tanca Farrà comes from a careful blend of the two red grape varieties best known at Sella & Mosca: cannonau and cabernet sauvignon, both grown on strong, clayey, red, iron-rich soils. Vinified in steel, it continues maturation in barrels of different sizes for a period of about 2 years. An elegant and enveloping red, perfect to accompany a rich dinner with friends.
Tasting Notes.: Ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose expresses a broad, ethereal, resolute olfactory profile, characterized by first herbaceous and then fruity tones. The palate is full, dry, balanced and harmonious, characterized by slight herbaceous hints and a nuanced oak aftertaste.
Pairings: Throughout a meal, it goes well with typical Sardinian roasted meats and medium-aged cheeses.
