Since 2009, this Bianco Umbria has been added to Tenuta di Santa Cristina's celebrated reds. It is made from indigenous varieties such as Grechetto and Procanico, along with the international Viognier, which are vinified separately because of different ripening times.
This method ensures a harmonious interweaving of the typical aromas of each variety. The wine is immediately revealed by its fragrance and freshness, proving dangerously pleasant to drink, while at the same time showing remarkable elegance.
Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color. Delicate aromas of flowers, citrus (yellow grapefruit, lime) emerge on the nose on a mineral texture. The attack in the mouth is fresh, with good smoothness and savory finish. Pleasant.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, we recommend it with shrimp and zucchini pasta or asparagus risotto.
