Tasting Notes: at the sight a ruby red color with garnet highlights. The nose expresses fruity notes of ripe cherries, spices such as clove and licorice. The sip is rich and powerful, elegant at the same time. This wine expresses the combination of the austerity of the Chianti terroir with the sweetness of the winery's style.
Pairings: indicated with meat and cheeses, we recommend pairing this wine with furry game. Wonderful with roast leg of venison.
