The classicism on native vines is our common thread and this wine best expresses our corporate philosophy. An extremely honest niche barolo that does not respond to the dictates of artifice but rather of rigorous simplicity and without frills, which characterizes the great Barolo old style. The Cru Vignane, in the municipality of Barolo, is positioned specularly to the straws and is characterized by a limestone clay soil.
Tasting notes: Ruby red color with grated shades. The nose reveals notes of flowers, and in particular of violet and rose petals. There are also notes full of cherry and raspberry, spicy. In the dry and mineral mouth, well integrated tannins and a spicy acidity that cleans the palate and keeps the wine lively. Long final.
Combinations: Perfect with meat, game, cheeses, seasoned cheese and pig.
