This is the only Chardonnay from Inama produced from grapes grown on both volcanic and limestone soils. Then, in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and processed according to a "non-reducing" technique, that is, without any addition of sulfur; fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and the wine is subjected to aging before release.
Tasting Notes.: by. color paglierino, with golden highlights. The nose is pleasantly aromatic; notes of golden apple, pear and banana stand out in particular. The palate is fresh, lively and harmonious.
Pairings: ottimate in combination with fish appetizers, it is worth trying with hummus.
