Careful selection of the best grapes from the estate in this Riserva, to obtain from each vintage a wine that best interprets the Chianti Classico terroir. Only native grape varieties, no Cabernet or Merlot.

Tasting Notes: the color of this Chianti Classico is that ruby red of Sangioveto. Fragrant, fresh with pleasant hints of red fruit, licorice, currants and a light touch of vanilla. Typical notes of Chianti Sangiovese dominate. It expresses a pleasant sweetness. Round, soft and savory, with tannins that become increasingly velvety with age. Acidity and persistence characterize a very elegant aftertaste.

Pairings: Perfect with roasted red and white meats, but also goes very well with poultry, hare and various cheeses.
