The Monferrato DOC “Montej Bianco” by Villa Sparina It is a white of great freshness and mild body, made with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes growing on limestone soil, vinified in steel with controlled temperature. It is a creative wine and a new challenge for the company Villa Sparina, A young and brisk wine, perfect next summer.
Tasting notes: presents itself with a color straw yellow, perfectly transparent and very bright. On the nose it opens with Floral and slightly aromatic notes, the fruit later. On the palate the wine is delicate, enveloping, fresh and medium persistence.
Combinations: it is a fresh and light wine, to be combined with first fish or a summer aperitif. Or for a small picnic on the beach, while eating a rice salad.
