The Sicily Cataratto DOC Bdp Y, from the winery Baglio di Pianetto, is produced using the cryomaceration technique. In this way, the grapes, brought to low temperatures, undergo destemming and soft pressing, and are then left to ferment by selected yeasts. It rests in steel for four months. Simple but quality, easy-drinking, pleasant and ideal for sipping on any occasion.
Tasting Notes: by. g colorstraw yellow color. The nose arrives fragrant and delicate, with varietal hints and pleasantly fruity aromas. The palate proves to be structured and balanced, with good body and good persistence.
Pairings: ottimate for accompanying seafood cuisine. Try it with squid salad.
