The name Arveja, which means "bramble bush" in Piedmontese, comes from the presence of blackberry bushes located in the upper part of the vineyard, right at the edge of the forest. The blackberries from these bushes reach maturity during the Arveja harvest.
This small 2-hectare vineyard is oriented west/northwest, a position that enhances the typical freshness of Erbaluce and the inviting gooseberry and green apple aromas of Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes.: by. straw yellow color with light green highlights. Intense fruity aroma (mango and passion fruit) with citrus scent tending toward pink grapefruit. The palate is rich, full and rightly acidic with a mineral aftertaste.
Pairings: perfect with fish hors d'oeuvres, fried seafood, fish and meat entrees, appetizers.
