The Nebbiolo Doc Langhe of Bel Colle originates in the municipality of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the Barolo appellation. Vinification is by soft pressing; fermentation at a maximum temperature of 25-28°C. for 10- 12 days and 2-3 pumping over per day to leach the lees. Nebbiolo is a wine made by light extractive fermentation.
Tasting Notes.: from the bright red color si presents floral aromas with hints of ripe fruit (raspberry, plum and cherry). The palate is clean and enveloping, with a dry and pleasantly fruity finish.
Pairings: perfect with pasta with rich sauces, red and white meats, medium and long aged cheeses.
