It is the second label of Rocca di Frassinello. A wine of great stuff, in which Sangiovese and international grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, combine to make a great Italian-French wine.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color intense. Ample aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it has great texture, soft, round tannins and a long, enveloping finish.
Pairings: Accompanies savory first courses and game such as venison, wild boar, hare. Also recommended with poultry such as wild duck.
