LaPasta has a very ancient history that begins 7,000 years ago, when man, having abandoned nomadic life, begins to cultivate the land, discovers wheat, and learns to work it better and better. He improved the grinding, kneaded it with water, flattened the dough and cooked it on hot stones. In Italy, pasta began to spread from the late 1200s. Today Pasta is the staple food of the Mediterranean diet, the flagship of Made in Italy in the world.
