Captivating is this Trentino Chardonnay DOC "Villa Margon" from Tenuta Margon, a mountain nectar enhanced by the partial aging in oak barrels of a small percentage of the wine, which enhances the citrus notes perceptible on the nose and in the mouth, which here turn toward more evolved, almost tropical aromas.

An almost pure chardonnay wine (85%) that takes its name from Villa Margon, the Lunelli Group's representative office, around which the vines (4 thousand vines per hectare) are grown at an altitude of 400-500 meters above sea level.

A wine for the whole meal, there is no doubt, which will be able to accompany a pleasant dinner with friends, with rather elaborate fish and vegetable preparations.

Tasting notes: by. g colorgolden yellow. Complex nose of yellow grapefruit, cedar, lime and orange blossom. Delicate in the mouth, with elegant persistence and finesse. Citrus fruit on the finish.

Pairings: ideal as an hors d'oeuvre, it is an excellent accompaniment to a dinner of vegetables and seafood dishes. For a typical Trentino pairing, try it with Crespelle with grapes and kale.
