It is with the classic line, which includes only wines made from typical South Tyrolean varieties, that Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) tells of the clearest expressions of its terroir. From a careful selection of pinot blanc from the vineyards of Appiano and Cornaiano comes a fresh white, characterized by delicate fruit aromas and marked by harmonious acidity.

Vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only in order to preserve its fragrance and immediacy, the Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC "Cora" by Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is a wine that is exalted on the most diverse occasions, particularly during a fine aperitif.

Tasting Notes: by g colorstraw yellow with greenish highlights, the nose expresses clear and precise hints of fresh fruit, particularly apple and pear. In the mouth it is lively, fresh and juicy, characterized by excellent balance.

Pairings: an as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, light pasta dishes, velvety soups and lightly spiced white meats.
