Declined in the "Reserve" version, it is a Cabernet that rests part in barrique and part in tonneau, resulting intense in aromas, as well as full and complex to the taste.
An excellent interpretation of an international grape variety, bred in this case in Alto Adige, it is a wine that will easily win you over with its breadth, which is combined with a smooth and engaging drink.
Tasting Notes: ahe goblet presents a beautiful ruby red intense. The nose is characterized by hints of ripe berries, among which blackcurrants stand out, to which are added elegant herbaceous notes and pleasant sweet spices. Full-bodied on the palate, with the taste matching the nose, it also proves to be of excellent persistence.
Pairings: acompanies savory meat preparations to perfection. Excellent with baked leg of lamb.
