It is with the classic line, which includes only wines made from typical South Tyrolean varieties, that Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) tells of the clearest expressions of its terroir. From a careful selection of yellow moscato from the vineyards of the Adige Valley comes a white wine characterized by delicate fruity and nutmeg aromas, harmonious and accompanied by a pleasant freshness.

Vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only in order to preserve its fragrance and immediacy, the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Pfefferer by Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is a wine that is exalted on the most diverse occasions, especially during a fine aperitif.

Tasting Notes: by g colorstraw yellow, the nose expresses beautiful notes of peach, apple and pear. An aromatic trace enhanced by herbaceous notes opens to a long and enveloping taste, pleasantly fresh. The finish, on citrus notes, is excellent.

Pairings: ottimate as an aperitif, it is suitable for spicy appetizers and delicate fish dishes.
