Pinot Grigio Friuli Aquileia DOC is a truly versatile Friulian white wine, thanks to a linear and classic structure that makes it perfect as a wine to drink every day. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, vinify in steel, where they remain to rest for a few months, until it is time to proceed with bottling operations.
Tasting notes: visual examination is announced with a shade straw yellow, from which a slight copper reflection emerges in the nail. The olfactory spectrum tells intriguing notes, which from white pulp fruit turn to floral sensations and hints to aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is of light, tasty body, with a refreshing sip. It ends with a ending characterized by a slightly savory aftertaste.
Combinations: Excellent as an aperitif, where it accompanies different types of canapé and finger food, it is also perfect at the whole meal. To scream with ravioli stuffed with grouper, seasoned with a light sauce with cherry tomatoes.

Among the most representative vines of the large area of the Doc Friuli Aquileia, Sauvignon has found in this area a place where you can express itself at its best. In fact, thanks to the particular climatic conditions of this territory, facing the sea, the wines produced here are intense and engaging.
Tasting notes: at sight it appears with a bright straw color, characterized by very light greenish reflections to the nail. The nose is dominated by a set of varied perfumes, in which pink grapefruit, white fishing, hawthorn, tomato leaf and mint represent the most evident notes. On the palate it is lively, slender, with a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence. It closes with a fresh ending, with excellent persistence.
Combinations: with the whole meal, it is well combined with appetizers based on eggs and vegetables, as well as first courses based on crustaceans.

This is possible thanks to the great thermal excursions that are found in this extraordinary segment of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, which help the form of the best perfumes without ever exceeding in heat.
Tasting notes: in the chalice it is announced with a straw yellow color, distinguished by invoguent veins which, in the nail, tend towards the golden. The nose is typically varietal, and moves on notes of yellow rose, embellished with fruity touches and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is of medium body, rich, characterized by an aromatic sip.
Combinations: at the whole meal, it is enhanced with hot appetizers, soups and eggs or vegetables.
