The wines in the Terroir Selection come from the best production areas and fully express their typicality. As the name suggests, each wine is distinguished by its specific terroir, which in addition to the location, altitude and exposure of the vineyards includes the microclimate and geology of the area. Over the years, the Alois Lageder Estate has identified the individual vineyards and the best plots in each area of origin, unique places capable of bringing out distinctly its character in the wine. The Pinot Noir Riserva Mimuèt, whose grapes come from the cooler areas of Missiano (Appiano) and Pochi (Salorno), is a red whose maturation takes place for 12 months partly in steel and partly in barrique. An elegant and refined wine, capable of surprising detail and longevity.

Tasting Notes.Medium-thick garnet red with ruby highlights. The nose expresses delicately fruity tones with hints of black cherries, a slight spiciness and a beautiful minerality. The palate is vigorous, with a balanced body and fresh aftertaste. Of great persistence.

PairingsThroughout the meal, it goes well with white meats, poultry, baked game, delicate cheeses.
