Rich and multifaceted, the Sicilia Bianco DOC Vigna di Gabri by. Donnafugata comes from a careful selection of ansonica, catarratto, chardonnay, sauvignon and viognier. Vinified in steel and left to mature for a small portion in oak barriques, it is a wine that stands out for its elegance and finesse.
A sunny and complex wine that goes well with the most diverse gastronomic preparations.
Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color brilliant, the nose opens on floral notes and hints of aromatic herbs to which are added tones of white-fleshed fruit (white peach and plum). In the mouth it is persistent, with a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence, enriched by a fresh and pleasant mineral vein.
Pairings: eclectic in its pairings, it goes well with first courses of seafood cuisine. Baked and barbecued fish, sautéed white meat, flans and soufflés. Ideal with cod in tomato sauce, vegetables, roasted porcini mushrooms.

Tasting Notes: by ruby red color bright color to the eye. The olfactory bouquet is elegant, with initial fruity hints of strawberry and currants complemented by pleasant floral notes. Next, nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg further embellish the picture on the nose. The taste continues along the same path traced by the nose, proving harmonious in its tannic texture, balanced and persistent.
