A Chardonnay wine with a Mediterranean soul, Chiarandà 2021 offers an intense bouquet with notes of citrus, herbs and elegant hints given by long aging.
Tasting Notes: by yellow color straw, the nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile composed of notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, peach and apricot, vanilla and butter. In the mouth it is round, enveloping, structured and well balanced thanks to a good acid component. It closes with a nice finish, of excellent persistence.
Pairings: throughout the meal, "Chiarandà" is a white wine that goes well with typical Sicilian dishes such as pasta alla Norma, mushroom flans, tasty and elaborate white meats.

Elegance is the common thread of this Rosso dell'Etna targato Donnafugata.
"Sul Vulcano": it could not be called otherwise, because from the lands of the Great Volcano it comes to us and because of the slopes of Etna it is a son.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color bright color to the eye. The olfactory bouquet is elegant, with initial fruity hints of strawberry and currants complemented by pleasant floral notes. Next, nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg further embellish the picture on the nose. The taste continues along the same path traced by the nose, proving harmonious in its tannic texture, balanced and persistent.
Pairings: Excellent with meat-based second courses, it is to be tried with shoulder of Nebrodi black piglet with aromatic herbs.

Ben Ryé 2022 amazes for the great fragrance and complexity of the bouquet, which ranges from fruity notes to hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is intense and persistent, with an extraordinary balance between freshness and sweetness.
Tasting notes: by amber yellow color shiny, the nose expresses a wonderful olfactory profile composed of notes of apricot and peach, dried figs and honey, herbs and mineral notes. Intense and bewitching aromas, sunny and Mediterranean, that open to a taste immense in complexity, perfect in its fusion of sweetness, savoriness and softness. Very long, interminable, poignant.
Pairings: Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine, it is perfect with caramelized duck and blue or very mature cheeses. Also excellent on dry pastries and signature chocolate.
