Tasting Notes: by. straw yellow color, the nose gives an enveloping bouquet with hints of white-fleshed fruit and citrus combined with pleasant floral hints of orange blossom and aromatic herbs (thyme and sage). The palate is fresh and soft, balanced and characterized by a pleasant finish, on the fruit.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, hot or cold, typical of seafood cuisine. Perfect on boiled fish.
