The Cuordilava of Donnafugata is an Etna Rosso DOC made from Nerello Mascalese grapes. It is harvested in late September, with fermentation carried out in stainless steel with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes.: by. ruby red color with golden highlights. On the nose hints of red fruits and spicy notes. An elegant, persistent and mineral wine.
Pairings: excellent with red meats, porcini mushrooms and legumes. Serve at a temperature of 18°C in a wide goblet.
