Tasting notes: by straw yellow color, the nose expresses a pleasant and fragrant olfactory profile where hints of yellow-fleshed fruit (pineapple, peach and medlar) blend with aromas of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it brings back the fruit and is characterized by a pleasant freshness and minerality.
Pairings: Also perfect as an all meal wine, "La Fuga" by Donnafugata can certainly go well with shellfish, elaborate pasta dishes and tuna in various preparations.
