Vinified in steel and left to mature for a small portion in oak barriques, it is a wine that stands out for its elegance and finesse.

Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color brilliant, the nose opens on floral notes and hints of aromatic herbs to which are added tones of white-fleshed fruit (white peach and plum). In the mouth it is persistent, with a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence, enriched by a fresh and pleasant mineral vein.
Pairings: eclectic in its pairings, it goes well with first courses of seafood cuisine. Baked and barbecued fish, sautéed white meat, flans and soufflés. Ideal with cod in tomato sauce, vegetables, roasted porcini mushrooms.
